SWARANJALI DELHI, in association with Sarbabharatiya Sangeet O Sanskriti Parishad, Kolkata, presents Pravasi Bharatiya Sangeet & Nritya Mahotsav 2026, marking 25 years of celebration of Indian classical music and dance. The festival will be held on Wednesday, 19 February 2026 at 5:00 PM at Rathindra Mancha, Jorasanko Thakurbari, Kolkata.

Since its inception, the Mahotsav has been a unique platform bringing together Indian and international artistes, celebrating the shared spirit of tradition, innovation, and cultural dialogue. The 2026 edition continues this legacy with an evening of rich and diverse performances across classical music and dance forms.

 

The festival will feature Vandana by Sur Sanchari Sangeet Vidyalaya, Krishnanagar under the direction of Vidushi Jaya Biswas. The music segment includes Tabla Solo by Vidwan Florian Schiertz, Sarod Recital by Shri Monit Paul, and Vocal performance by Vidushi Mitali Bhawmik.

 

The dance presentations will showcase Nritya Malancha SILIGURI Group, Bharatanatyam by Shri Subhajit Dutta, Kuchipudi by Ms. Ipshita Chakraborty, Odissi by Smt. Debdatta Lahiri, and Kathak by Smt. Trisha Pal Das.

 

The evening will be supported by esteemed co-artistes Pt. Amit Chatterjee, Shri Tapas Guha Thakurata, and Dr. Kamalaksha Mukherjee, with anchoring by Smt. Sonali Chattopadhyay.
