Through diverse artistic practices, the exhibition explores the evolving landscape of Indian contemporary art while reflecting upon themes of identity, memory, spirituality, environmental consciousness, urban transformation, social realities, and human resilience.

Speaking about the exhibition, the curators stated that KALABIMB–26 is conceived as a celebration of artistic diversity and creative exchange. Rather than serving as a historical survey, it offers a reflective journey through contemporary artistic expressions that resonate with the pulse of present-day India.

The exhibition showcases works by renowned artists including Anita Goyal, Anjali Gupta, Ashok Mahakur, Himani Pasricha, Jay Sethia, Kalon Celeste, Kavita Rajput, Mamta Lall, Mannish Rao, Manomoy Das, Mohd Tariq, Mukesh Kumar, Neharika Sharma, Priyanka Bardhan, Ritesh Bagai, Riva Singh, Sapna Aggarwal, Sara Khan, Sartaj Haider Naqvi, Saurabh Mohan, Shalini Dutt, Shweta Shukla, Suvvro P. Basu, Susnata Chatterjee, and Trisha Dang.

The participating artists represent a wide spectrum of contemporary artistic practices. Their works range from abstract expressionism, impressionistic explorations, miniature painting, relief art, sculpture, textile-based installations, and environmental narratives to meditative, spiritual, and socially engaged artistic expressions. Together, they create a compelling panorama of contemporary visual culture that bridges tradition and innovation.

A significant aspect of KALABIMB–26 is its celebration of artistic plurality. The exhibition acknowledges the rich heritage of Indian art while embracing experimentation and global perspectives. It invites audiences to engage with artworks that challenge perceptions, evoke introspection, and inspire meaningful conversations about society, culture, and the future.

FineTouch believes that art serves as a vital medium for dialogue, reflection, and transformation. Through KALABIMB–26, the organization continues its commitment to providing a platform for artists whose creative visions contribute to the ongoing evolution of contemporary art.

Members of the art fraternity, collectors, critics, students, and art enthusiasts are warmly invited to experience this unique gathering of artistic excellence.
